This Privacy Policy describes our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of information about you in connection with your use of our services (the “Service”). 

It will help you understand how Two Fams and A Nanny (“us”, “we”, “our”) uses and protects the data you provide to us when you visit and use [website] (“website”, “service”).

When you use the Service, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy. 

 

  1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

We may collect, transmit, and store information about you in connection with your use of the Service, including any information you send to or through the Service. We use that information to provide the Service’s functionality, fulfill your requests, improve the Service’s quality, engage in research and analysis relating to the Service, personalize your experience, track usage of the Service, provide feedback to third party businesses that are listed on the Service, market the Service, provide customer support, message you, back up our systems, allow for disaster recovery, enhance the security of the Service, and comply with legal obligations. Even when we do not retain such information, it still must be transmitted to our servers initially and stored long enough to process.

The Service is available for the general public and is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children younger than the age of eighteen (18), and we will delete any Personal Information collected that we later determine to be from a user younger than the age of eighteen (18). If you believe a child under the age of eighteen (18) has disclosed Personal Information to us, please notify us immediately.

  1. Communication: When you sign up with us, you are opting to receive messages from us via email. You may opt out of receiving communications from us by clicking on the unsubscribe button on our email communication. 
  2. Activity: We store information about your use of the Service, such as your search activity, the pages you view and the date and time of your visits. We also store information that your computer or mobile device may provide to us in connection with your use of the Service, such as your browser type, type of computer or mobile device, browser language, IP address, mobile carrier, phone number, unique device identifier, advertising identifier, location (including geological location and GPS location), and requested and referring URLs and mobile applications. You may be able to limit or disallow our use of certain location data through your device or browser settings, for example by adjusting the settings for our applications in iOS or Android privacy settings.
  3. Different Devices: You may access the Service through different devices (e.g., your mobile phone or personal computer). The information that we collect and store through those different uses may be cross-referenced and combined.
  4. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

We automatically collect certain information when you use our Platform. The categories of information we automatically collect and have collected, including in the last 12 months, are as follows:

Service Use Data, including data about features you use, pages you visit, emails and advertisements you view, portions of our Platform that you view and interact with, the time of day you browse, and your referring and exiting pages.

Device Data, including data about the type of device or browser you use, your device’s operating system, your internet service provider, your device’s regional and language settings, and device identifiers such as IP address and Ad Id. When you visit and interact with our Platform, we may collect certain information automatically through cookies or other technologies, including, but not limited to, the type of computer or mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your computer or mobile device, your operating system, the type(s) of internet browser(s) you use, and information about the way you use our Platform (“Device Information”). We may use Device Information to monitor the geographic regions from which Users navigate the our Platform, and for security and fraud prevention purposes. Use of any IP-masking technologies or similar technologies (like the TOR network) may render portions of our Platform unavailable and are forbidden on our Platform.

Location Data, including imprecise location data (such as location derived from an IP address or data that indicates a city or postal code level), and, with your consent, precise location data (such as latitude/longitude data). When you visit the Reach Platform via a native mobile application, we use, with your consent when required under applicable law, GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located in and display a relevant location map. We will not share your current location obtained in this manner with other Users.

  1. INFORMATION SHARING

We only share the Information we collect about you as described in this Privacy Policy or as described at the time of collection or sharing, including as follows:

Third Party Agents. We share information, including Identity Information, with entities To operate the Reach Platform, including processing your transactions, we may share your Personal Information, on a need-to-know basis, with our agents, representatives, vendors and service providers (“Third Party Agents”) so they can provide us with support services as follows:

  • Email origination;
  • Identity checks;
  • Receipt, invoice, or support services;
  • Customer relationship management services;
  • Data analytics;
  • Website hosting;
  • Communications services;
  • Technical support;
  • Financial transaction fulfillment; and
  • To otherwise help us provide our Platform.

Legal Obligations.  our Third Party Agents may disclose your Personal Information or User Generated Content to courts, law enforcement, governmental or public authorities, tax authorities or authorized third parties, if and to the extent required or permitted to do so by law or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with our legal or regulatory obligations; (ii) respond to a court order, warrant or subpoena; (iii) respond to a valid legal request relating to an investigation into alleged criminal or illegal activity; or (iv) respond to or address any other activity that may expose us to legal or regulatory liability.

In jurisdictions we, according to applicable law, required to collect or remit information about Users’ permits, licenses, tax, or social security registrations, we and our Third-Party Agents may disclose information, including but not limited to, User contact details, identification information, transaction dates and amounts, license and permit status, and tax identification number(s) to applicable governmental authorities.

We reserve the right to disclose Personal Information from both private and public areas of the our Platform in the absence of a court order, warrant, or subpoena, to the extent permitted by applicable law, if we are given reason to believe, in our sole discretion, that someone is causing injury to or interfering with the rights of Users, the general public, or Reach or its partners, parents or affiliates.

It is our policy to provide notice to Users before producing their information in response to law enforcement requests unless (i) we are prohibited or otherwise constrained by law or court order from doing so, (ii) we have reason to believe the User’s account has been compromised such that the notice would go to the wrong person, or notice would otherwise be counterproductive or would create a risk to safety, or (iii) it is an emergency request and prior notice would be impractical (in which case we may provide notice after the fact).

Merger or Acquisition. We reserve the right to share information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any proposed or actual merger, purchase, sale, or any other type of acquisition or business combination of all or any portion of our assets, or transfer of all or a portion of our business to another business.

 

  1. DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You may also opt to delete your account. We will remove certain public content from view and/or dissociate them from your account profile, but we may retain information about you for the purposes authorized under this Privacy Policy unless prohibited by law. For example, we may retain information to prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service or to comply with legal obligations. We may also maintain residual copies of your personal information in our backup systems. Please note that businesses cannot remove their business pages, ratings, or reviews by closing their accounts.

  1. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us, including promotional communications related to our Platform, and request the removal of your Personal Information from our databases by contacting us .

Update of information- You have the right to update and correct inaccurate information held by us at any time by contacting us.

We use various safeguards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and after we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or via mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our staff will respond to all mail or email from Users with questions about privacy, including the types of Personal Information stored on our databases, and requests to know, delete or rectify such Personal Information.

For security purposes, we will take such steps as we deem necessary to confirm your identity before completing your request or sharing any personal data with you.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the Privacy Policy will govern our collection, use, and disclosure of information about you. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service prior to or on the effective date of the changes. By continuing to access or use the Service after those changes become effective, you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy.
